產品描述：

矽膠軟管采用矽膠加（jiā）強卡芙拉和鉑金矽膠結構，產品壓力相當於3倍的同類BP20係列的壓（yā）力。

標準長度為20米每卷，同時（shí）我們也可以根據客戶的要求生產規定的尺寸和（hé）長度，膠管產品通（tōng）過美國FDA級和USP Class VI和德國BFR認（rèn）證。

產（chǎn）品特性：

BD40係列矽膠軟管

——工（gōng）作溫（wēn）度範圍‘-70ºC / +260ºC 在短時間內可達到  280ºC ，矽膠原料（liào）達到V=0級別（bié）。

——具（jù）有很好彎曲性，內壁光滑清潔，易清洗不粘水，用清洗物清（qīng）洗後不附著任何殘留物，可采用高溫高壓蒸汽消毒和滅菌。

——無嗅、無味（wèi）,完（wán）全無（wú）毒，不含任何塑化（huà）劑（jì）和添加劑成分。完全符合食品FDA和生物醫用級USP的要求。

——這（zhè）些（xiē）管通常是半透明的，外層為紅色。我們也可根據客戶所需顏色來訂製。

品質認證：

——鉑（bó）金矽膠軟管通過美國FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食品和（hé）藥物管理局)食品級認證。

——鉑金矽膠（jiāo）軟管通過德國BfR零件 XV標準認證和LFBG認證。

——鉑金矽膠軟管符合通（tōng）過美國醫用USP Class VI級標準認證。

——鉑金矽膠管依照歐（ōu）盟指令2008/95 / ECC的限製使用某些有害物質(RoHS)認（rèn）可。

Specially recommended for transportation or delivery of high temperature food, cosmetics, chemical or liquid or semi fluid liquid of pharmaceutical industry and biological engineering .(such as food grade hose; the connection hoses used on food machinery, liquor equipment,oil production equipment and medical equipment, etc.)

Product description:

-Silicone hoses adopt silicone reinforced kevlar line and platinum silicone structure. The product pressure will be 3 times more than the one of BP20 series. Widely used in liquid and semi fluid of food industry, medicine and cosmetic industry and bio engineering.

-Standard length is 20 meters per roll, at the same time, we can customize the hose length according to customers' needs. Our hose products has passed the United States FDA grade and Class VI USP and German BFR certification.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range of -70 to +260 degree Celsius and can reach +280 degrees Celsius in a short period of time.

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade VI USP.

-these hoses are usually translucent and outside is red color. The color of hose can be can customized according to customer's needs.
