應用：          

鉑金硫化矽膠軟管采用中間聚脂編織，應用於低壓輸送液體，可進（jìn）行SIP和CIP清洗，具有很好的抗壓能力。產品通過（guò）大量的物理，化學和生物檢測達到FDA CFR 177.2600          

不建議用於真空環境；          

產（chǎn）品特性（xìng）：          

鉑金硫化矽膠軟BG20係列          

——工作溫（wēn）度範圍‘-60ºC / +200ºC           

——具（jù）有很好彎（wān）曲性，可采用高溫（wēn）高壓蒸汽消毒SIP清洗和高溫高壓清洗CIP。          

——無（wú）嗅、無（wú）味（wèi）,完全（quán）無毒，不含任何塑化劑和（hé）添加劑（jì）成分          

——這些（xiē）管通常是半透明的，可以觀察到流體的動向（xiàng）。我們也可根據客戶所需顏色來訂製。          

品質認（rèn）證：          

——鉑金矽膠軟管通過（guò）美國FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食品和藥物管理局)食品（pǐn）級認（rèn）證。          

——歐盟指令（lìng）2008/95 / ECC的限製使用某些有害（hài）物（wù）質（zhì）(RoHS)認可（kě）。          

——鉑金矽膠軟管符合ISO10993,NSF51和歐洲藥典（diǎn）3.1.9的要求。

Remarks: 

Standard length: 50 meters or customized according to customer's special needs. 

Product application:

The polyester weaving added in the middle for the platinum vulcanization silicone hose, which can be used to delivery the low pressure 

liquid and to proceed with SIP cleaning and CIP cleaning. With good compression resistance and meet FDA CFR 177.2600 certificate after plenty of physical, chemical and biological testing.   

Not recommended for vacuum environment.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range of -60 to +200 degree Celsius.

-With a good bend.high temperature and high pressure steam disinfection cleaning SIP and high temperature and high pressure cleaning CIP can be used.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. 

-These tubes are usually translucent and the movement of fluid inside can be observed. The hose color can be customized according to customer's needs.

Quality certification:

-Platinum silicone hoses pass the United States FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 (food and Drug Administration) food grade certification.

-Platinum silicone hoses pass the German BFR parts XV standard certification and LFBG certification.

-Platinum silicone hose is in accordance with the United States Class VI USP grade standard certification.

-Platinum silicone hose is in accordance with the EU directive 2008/95/ECC limitation usage of certain hazardous substances (RoHS) recognition.

-Platinum silicone hose is in accordance with ISO10993, NSF51 and European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9 requirements.
