產品描述：

表層（céng）采用鉑金矽膠包覆（fù），中間（jiān）采用加強SS304不鏽鋼絲編織PTFE組（zǔ）合（hé）而成。廣泛的應用於通過食品，醫藥及化妝用品，生物工程的液體和半流體。

標準長度為20米每（měi）卷，同時我們也可以根（gēn）據客戶的（de）要求生產規定的尺寸和（hé）長（zhǎng）度，膠管產品通過美（měi）國FDA級和（hé）USP Class VI和德國BFR認證。

——工作溫度範圍‘-60ºC / +220ºC 在短時間內可達到 260ºC 

——具有很好耐強酸和強堿性能，有極好的化學（xué）穩定性。可以耐高壓，內壁有具有（yǒu）很好（hǎo）耐磨性。

——具有很好（hǎo）彎曲性，內壁光滑清潔，易清（qīng）洗不粘水，用清洗物清（qīng）洗後（hòu）不（bú）附著任何殘留物，可采用高溫（wēn）高壓蒸汽（qì）消毒和滅菌。

——無嗅、無味,完全（quán）無毒，不（bú）含任何塑化劑和添加劑成分。完全符（fú）合食品FDA和生物醫用級USP VI的要求。

Product description:

The surface layer is covered with platinum silicone and the middle layer is made of reinforced SS304 stainless steel wire woven braiding and PTFE.

of the United States FDA grade and Class VI USP and German BFR.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range of -60 to +220 degrees Celsius and can reach 260 degrees Celsius in a short period of time

-Strong resistance of acid and alkali, excellent chemical stability, good resistance of high pressure and the inner wall has a very good abrasion performance.

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade VI USP.

-The outer layer material is usually the milky white platinum vulcanized silicone. And the color of outer layer can be customized according to the customer's need.
