產品應用：

推薦用於製藥行業及美容化妝（zhuāng）行業液體，固體，粉體的輸送.在食品行業用於食用油，醋類的輸送，也可以用輸送葡萄酒，酒精度於一半的（de）白酒輸送（sòng）。

透明（míng）帶不鏽鋼絲矽膠（jiāo）軟管，內外壁平滑，可以使物料流通順暢，

產品結構：

編織：無任何織物層。全透明狀態

鋼絲：采用單層304不鏽鋼絲，間距為5MM

產品特性：

——工作溫度範（fàn）圍‘-60ºC / +180ºC (-76ºF / +356ºF)在短（duǎn）時間內可達到  220ºC (392ºF)

——具有很好彎（wān）曲性，透明度好，可采用高溫蒸汽消毒和滅菌。

——無嗅、無味,完全無毒（dú），，且矽膠更加環保性好，耐用。

——產品經過高溫180ºC*4小時高溫硫化後，不分產生任何分解物，承正負壓能力強，具體（tǐ）參考數（shù）據表。

——這些管通常是高透明的，可以看到流（liú）體通過時動向。

——可以配套316L食品（pǐn）衛生級快速接頭SMS，3A，快（kuài）速接（jiē）頭。

——鉑金矽膠軟管通過美國FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食品和藥物管理（lǐ）局)食品級（jí）認證。

——鉑金矽膠管（guǎn）依照歐盟指令2008/94 / ECC的限製使用某些有害物質(RoHS)認可。

——鉑金（jīn）矽膠軟管符合通（tōng）過美國醫（yī）用USP Class VI級標準認證。

Product application:

Recommended for delivering the liquid or solid or powder in the pharmaceutical industry and beauty cosmetics industry and delivering edible oil and vinegar in the food industry. It also can be used to deliver wine and liquor with 50% alcohol degree.the transparent stainless steel wire silicone hoses have the smooth inner and outer wall and can make the material flow smoothly.

Product structure:

Weave: without any fabric layers. All transparent state

Steel wire: a single layer of 304 stainless steel wire, the spacing is 5mm

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range: -60 to +180 degrees Celsius(-76ºF / +356ºF) and it can reach 220 degrees Celsius(392ºF) in a short period of time

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-No smell, tasteless, non-toxic, durable. Our hose can replace the PU hoses in the market because the silicone materials are more Eco-friendly and more durable.

-Product will not produce any decomposition after high temperature of 180 degrees Celsius * 4 hours of high temperature Vulcanization with strong bearing capacity of negative and positive pressure.

-These hoses are usually highly transparent and the movement of fluid can be observed. The color of hose can be customized according to customer’s needs.

-the hoses can be equipped with 316L food sanitary grade SMS or 3A quick connectors.
