Food grade silicone wire hose PU10產品應（yīng）用：

適用於輸送低溫食品物（wù）質，有良好的抗負壓能力（lì），有一定的（de）耐壓力，酒類用連接導管，

產品結構：

材料：聚氨脂材料

編織：無任何織物層。全透明狀態

鋼絲：采用單層SS304不鏽鋼絲，間距為5MM

產品特性：

——工作溫度範圍‘-40ºC / +80ºC 在短時（shí）間內（nèi）可達到  100ºC 

——具有很（hěn）好彎曲性，內壁光滑（huá）清潔（jié），易清洗不粘水，易清洗不（bú）附著任何殘留物。

——無嗅、無（wú）味,完全無毒。

——這些管（guǎn）通常是高透明的，可以看到流體通過時（shí）動向。

——可配食品衛生級快速接頭SMS,TC接頭,法蘭接頭等.

——PU軟管通過美（měi）國FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食品和藥物管理局)食品級（jí）認證。

——PU軟管（guǎn）通過不含（hán）塑化劑成分，完全不含鄰苯二甲酸或（huò）其它合成增塑劑。

Product application:

Suitable for transporting low temperature food material and has good anti-negative pressure ability and certain pressure resistance 

as the connecting hose for alcoholic beverages. 

Product structure:

Materials: Polyurethane material

Weave: without any fabric layers. All transparent state

Steel wire: a single layer of 304 stainless steel wire, the spacing is 5MM

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range: -40 to +80 degrees Celsius and it can reach 100 degrees Celsius in a short period of time

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking. After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained.
