注:1.標準生產長度為6米（特殊（shū）可訂做10米）。可以做切短。其它的內徑要求可以根據客戶的要求來訂製。

   2.在我們在（zài）參數表中（zhōng）測試是依照常溫，標準大（dà）氣壓狀態。當壓（yā）力（lì）不變時，溫（wēn）度每上升幅度100度，壓力會下降百分之15。

REMARKS: 

1, Standard length is 6 meters and we can customize the hose length according to customers' needs.

2, The test in the parameter list is in accordance with the normal temperature and the standard atmospheric pressure state. 

When the pressure is constant, the temperature rise by 100 degrees, the pressure will drop by 15%. 

產品（pǐn）應用：   

特別推薦用於運（yùn）輸（shū）或（huò）輸送（sòng）彎曲性較大（dà）的工作場合，內層光滑，不會變形，適合輸送各類乳類製品，並有（yǒu）較好的減震性能（néng）。同時（shí）可以應用於機械運動頻（pín）率高場合。      

產品結構：   

編織：三層夾布網紋編（biān）織   

鋼絲：采用單層304不鏽鋼絲，間距為（wéi）10MM   

外觀：外（wài）表波紋狀，內（nèi）壁（bì）平滑，如（rú）鏡麵。顏色可以定製如圖。   

產品（pǐn）特性：   

——工作溫度範圍‘-60ºC / +180ºC (-76ºF / +356ºF)在短時間內可達到  220ºC (392ºF)   

——具有很好彎曲性，內壁光滑清潔，易清洗不粘水，用清洗物清洗（xǐ）後不附著任何（hé）殘留物，可采用高（gāo）溫高壓蒸汽消毒（dú）和滅菌（jun1）

——無嗅、無味,完全無毒，不含任何塑化劑和（hé）添加劑成分。完全符合食品FDA和生物醫（yī）用級（jí）USP的要求。   

配套接頭（tóu）：   

TC接頭（直通快速接頭316L），SMS接頭，DIN快接，CLAMP，CLOCK，J螺紋接頭（tóu），等材質為304或316L任客戶（hù）挑選。   

品質認證（zhèng）：   

——鉑金矽膠軟管通過美國FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食品和藥物管理局)食品（pǐn）級認證。   

——鉑金矽膠軟管通（tōng）過德國FDA/BfR零件 XV標準認證和（hé）LFBG和（hé）BGVV標準認證。   

——鉑金矽膠軟管符合通過（guò）美國醫用USP Class VI級標準認證。   

——鉑金矽（guī）膠管（guǎn）依照歐盟指令2008/95 / ECC的限製使用某些有害物質(RoHS)認（rèn）可。

Product application:

Specially recommended for transportation and deliverying in working circumstances, which needs the greater bend of the hose, 

the inner layer is smooth without deformation.Suitable for conveying all kinds of dairy products, 

and has a better shock absorption properties. At the same time, it can be applied to high mechanical frequency occasions.

Product structure:

Weaving: 3 layers of cloth woven mesh

Steel wire: using single layer of 304 stainless steel wire, the spacing is 10mm

Appearance: corrugated outside, smooth inner surface like mirror

color: custom made according to customer's request.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range: -60 to +180 degrees Celsius (or -76 to +356 degrees Fahrenheit) and it can reach 220 degrees Celsius (or 392 degree Fahrenheit) in a short period of time

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.
