耐溶（róng）劑化（huà）工內層（céng）氟橡膠（jiāo）矽膠管FV20B

氟矽膠是氟矽彈性體（tǐ）為基膠，配合（hé）了各種填料，添加（jiā）劑（jì）的（de）均勻混合物。具有優良的耐油、耐溶劑性能，對於脂肪族，芳香族（zú）和（hé）氯化烴溶劑（jì），對（duì）石油基的各種燃（rán）料油、潤滑油、液壓油（yóu）及某些合成油(如二酯類潤滑油、矽酸酯（zhǐ）類液壓油等)常溫和（hé）高溫下（xià）的穩定性都很好（hǎo），並（bìng）還能保持彈（dàn）性。在浸油條件下，最高使（shǐ）用溫度可達（dá）180℃。在常溫（wēn）和高溫下的穩定（dìng）性都很好，能在-50℃～+200℃範圍內長期使用（yòng），250℃下短期使用。

特性與（yǔ）優點

氟矽聚合物, 低壓縮形變;耐油、耐溶劑性能優異;低、高（gāo）溫穩（wěn）定性良好;耐燃（rán）、絕緣性好.

使用範圍：

由於內部含有FKM層（céng），因此特別推薦輸送與矽酸不相容的腐蝕性液體，例如酸或油。該（gāi）軟管能夠通過脈衝或吸力，在高溫下運輸（shū）液體或半液體食品，因為它們的設計可以抵抗壓力或真空。

Product application:

Due to the inner FKM layer it’s especially recommended to convey aggressive fluids that are not compatible with silicone, like acids or oils. This hose is able to transport liquid or semi-liquid foodstuffs at high temperatures by impulsion or suction, since their design can resist pressure or vacuum.
