產品應用：

   廣泛地配（pèi）套在醫藥、化妝品、食品及精細化工等行業中固定或移動的設備上。可排吸（xī）高溶度的腐蝕（shí）性化學品。

產品優點（diǎn）：

  1.FEP & PTFE內管可以輸送幾乎所有的腐蝕性化學物質，使用壽命很長。

  2.清潔及消毒：內（nèi）壁光滑，無粘性，低滲透性，不易滋生（shēng）細菌；可以用蒸汽、洗潔劑、溶（róng）劑等進行消毒。

  3.潔淨性：通過FDA認證，符合或超過3A標準的要求。

  4.兼容（róng）性：不會汙染或（huò）影響任何介（jiè）質的味道，顏色或氣味。

  5.柔韌性：彎曲半徑很好，並且（qiě）不會產生例如金屬軟管的“金屬疲勞”現象。

  6.耐用性：可在惡劣環（huán）境（jìng）中使用。即（jí）使在熱循環中也不會受老（lǎo）化（huà）或脆化（huà）。

產品結構：

  內管：食品級耐（nài）化學腐（fǔ）蝕的FEP材（cái）質，光滑（也可提供（gòng）PTFE材質的黑色導靜電內膠）

  增強層：高（gāo）強度合成線繩，內置螺旋鋼絲加（jiā）強

  外管：耐老化耐腐蝕EPDM合成橡膠（jiāo），綠色，表麵布紋

工作溫度（dù）：

    工作溫度範圍：-40℃至+150℃（較高可以達到（dào）177℃）

適用標準： 

    符合 FDA 21CFR 177.2600，3A 認證標準。
