膠管（guǎn）光滑的內外壁,有（yǒu）利於軟管的清洗和消毒滅菌，這種隻適用於普通壓力（lì）的傳輸，可以（yǐ）用於牛奶，飲料以（yǐ）及純淨水類輸送，

不建議用於抽吸（xī）液體和抽吸（xī）泵類物質。

鉑（bó）金硫化矽膠軟管FP40係列采用鉑金硫化矽膠和（hé）四層加（jiā）強聚脂布結構（gòu），

標準長度為6米，最長為10米。同（tóng）時我們也可以根據客戶的要求生產規定的尺寸和長度，膠管產品通過美國（guó）FDA級和USP Class VI和德國BFR認證。

產品特性：

FP40係列矽膠軟管

——工作溫度範圍‘-60ºC / +180ºC (-76ºF / +356ºF)在短-時間內可達到  220ºC (392ºF)

——內壁光滑清潔，易清洗不粘水，用清（qīng）洗物清洗後（hòu）不（bú）附著任何殘留物，可采用高溫高壓蒸汽消毒和滅菌（jun1）。

——無嗅、無味,完全無毒，不含（hán）任（rèn）何塑化劑和添（tiān）加劑成分。完全符（fú）合食品FDA和生物醫用級（jí）USP的要求。

——這些管通常是乳白色。我們也可根據客戶所需顏色來訂製。

品質認證：

——可達到FDA，BfR，USP，ISO10993，NSF51，食品級的要求。

Product application:

The hose has very smooth wall inside and outside, which is good for cleaning and steriliztion. It is only applicable to ordinary pressure transmission,

and can be used for deliverying milk, beverages, as well as purified water with no recommendation for liquid suction and suction pump.
