產品應用： 

特別推薦用於運輸或輸送高低（dī）溫食品、化妝品、化工和製（zhì）藥行業和生物工（gōng）程用的液體（tǐ）或半液體流體，同時（shí）可應用於特殊高溫（wēn）高壓狀態。 

如抽吸食品類乳製品；食品（pǐn）機械設備用連接（jiē）管；酒（jiǔ）類用連接導管；油類設備抽吸用的連接管，醫藥（yào）設備連接管路（lù）、導管等（děng） 

產品結構： 

編織：五層夾布網紋編織，中間采用不鏽（xiù）鋼絲編（biān）織，內襯不鏽鋼絲 

鋼絲：采用304不鏽鋼絲，鋼絲間距為6MM，具有3倍之普通（tōng）鋼絲管的壓力 

產品特性： 

——工作溫度範（fàn）圍‘-60ºC / +180ºC (-76ºF / +356ºF)在（zài）短時間內可達到  220ºC (392ºF) 

——承正負壓能力（lì）強，用清洗物清洗後不附著任何殘留物，可采（cǎi）用高溫高壓蒸汽消毒和滅菌。 

——無嗅、無味,完全無毒，不含任何塑化劑和添加劑成分。完全符合食品（pǐn）FDA和生物醫用級USP的要求。 

——產品經（jīng）過高溫180ºC*4小時高溫硫化後，不（bú）分產生任何分（fèn）解物，具體參考數據表（biǎo）。 

配套接頭（tóu）： 

TC接頭（tóu）（直通快速接頭316L），SMS接（jiē）頭，DIN快接，CLAMP，CLOCK，J螺紋接頭，等材質為304或316L任客戶挑選。 

品質認證： 

——鉑金矽膠軟管通過美（měi）國FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食品（pǐn）和藥物管理局)食品級認證。 

——鉑（bó）金矽膠軟管通過德（dé）國FDA/BfR零件 XV標準認證和（hé）LFBG和BGVV標準認證。 

——鉑金矽（guī）膠軟管符合通（tōng）過美國醫用USP Class VI級標準認證。 

——鉑金矽膠管（guǎn）依照歐（ōu）盟指（zhǐ）令2008/95 / ECC的限製使用某些有害（hài）物質(RoHS)認可（kě）。

Product application:

Product structure:

Weaving: 5 layers of cloth woven mesh

Steel wire:Layer of 304 stainless steel wire and the spacing of double layer of steel wire is 4mm and the pressure is 3 times more than the one of the ordinary wire hose. 

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range: -60 to +180 degrees Celsius (or -76 to +356 degrees Fahrenheit) and it can reach 220 degrees Celsius (or 392 degree Fahrenheit) in a short period of time

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade USP.

-Product will not produce any decomposition after high temperature of 180 degrees Celsius * 4 hours of high temperature Vulcanization with strong bearing capacity of negative and positive pressure.
