注:1.標準生產長度為6米（特殊可訂做10米）。可以做切短。其它的內徑要求可（kě）以根據客戶的要求來訂製。

   2.在我們在參數（shù）表中測試是依照常溫，標（biāo）準大氣壓狀態。當壓力不變時（shí），溫度每上升幅度100度，壓力會下降百分之（zhī）15。

REMARKS: 

1, Standard length is 6 meters and we can customize the hose length according to customers' needs.

2, The test in the parameter list is in accordance with the normal temperature and the standard atmospheric pressure state. 

When the pressure is constant, the temperature rise by 100 degrees, the pressure will drop by 15%.

特別推（tuī）薦用於（yú）運輸或輸送彎曲性較大（dà）的（de）工作場合，內（nèi）層光滑，不會變形，適（shì）合輸送各類乳類製（zhì）品，並有較好（hǎo）的減震性能。同時可以應用於機械運動頻（pín）率高場合。      

產品結構：   

編織：三層夾布網（wǎng）紋編織   

鋼絲：采用單層304不鏽鋼絲，間距為10MM   

外（wài）觀：外表波紋狀，內壁平滑，如鏡麵。顏色（sè）可以定製如圖（tú）。   

產品特性（xìng）：   

——工作溫度範圍‘-60ºC / +180ºC (-76ºF / +356ºF)在短時間內可達到  220ºC (392ºF)   

——具有很好彎曲性，內壁光滑清（qīng）潔，易清洗不粘水（shuǐ），用清（qīng）洗物清洗後不附著任何殘留物（wù），可采用高溫高壓蒸汽消毒和（hé）滅菌

——無嗅、無味,完全無毒，不含任何塑化劑和添加劑成（chéng）分（fèn）。完全（quán）符合食品FDA和（hé）生物醫用級USP的要求。   

配套接頭：   

TC接頭（直（zhí）通快速接頭（tóu）316L），SMS接頭，DIN快（kuài）接，CLAMP，CLOCK，J螺紋接頭，等材質為304或316L任客戶挑選。   

品質認證（zhèng）：   

——鉑金矽膠軟管通過美國（guó）FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食品（pǐn）和藥物管（guǎn）理局)食品級認證。   

——鉑金矽（guī）膠軟管通過德國（guó）FDA/BfR零件 XV標準認證和LFBG和BGVV標準認證。   

——鉑金矽膠軟管符合通過美國醫用USP Class VI級標準認證。   

——鉑金矽膠（jiāo）管依照歐盟指令2008/95 / ECC的限製使用某些有（yǒu）害物質(RoHS)認可。

Product application:

Specially recommended for transportation and deliverying in working circumstances, which needs the greater bend of the hose, 

the inner layer is smooth without deformation.Suitable for conveying all kinds of dairy products, 

and has a better shock absorption properties. At the same time, it can be applied to high mechanical frequency occasions.

Product structure:

Weaving: 3 layers of cloth woven mesh

Steel wire: using single layer of 304 stainless steel wire, the spacing is 10mm

Appearance: corrugated outside, smooth inner surface like mirror

color: custom made according to customer's request.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range: -60 to +180 degrees Celsius (or -76 to +356 degrees Fahrenheit) and it can reach 220 degrees Celsius (or 392 degree Fahrenheit) in a short period of time

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.
