產（chǎn）品（pǐn）應用：

鉑金硫化矽膠軟BP20係列廣泛用於高（gāo）低（dī）溫食品乳（rǔ）製品（pǐn）和食品用（yòng）油類、化妝品、化工和（hé）製藥行（háng）業和生物工程用的液體（tǐ）或半液體流體的產品輸送，

（如牛奶，果汁；食品機械（xiè）設備用連接管；酒類用連接導管；醫藥（yào）設備連接（jiē）管路等,同時可配有3A，SMS，DIN，CLAMP快速接（jiē）頭）

結構（gòu）：

矽膠軟管采用聚脂編（biān）織和鉑（bó）金矽膠（jiāo）組合而成。

標準長度為20米（mǐ）每卷，同（tóng）時我們也可以（yǐ）根據客戶的要求生產規定的尺（chǐ）寸和長度。

——工作溫度範圍‘-60ºC / +180ºC (-76ºF / +356ºF)在短時間內可達到  220ºC (392ºF)

——內（nèi）壁光滑清潔，易清洗不（bú）粘水，用清洗物清洗後不附（fù）著任（rèn）何殘留物，可采用高溫高（gāo）壓蒸汽消毒和滅菌。

——無嗅、無（wú）味,完（wán）全（quán）無（wú）毒，不含任何塑化劑和添加劑成分。完全（quán）符合食品FDA和生物醫用級USP VI的要求。

——這些管通（tōng）常是半透明的，可以觀察到流體的動（dòng）向。我們也（yě）可根據客戶所需顏色來訂製。

——鉑金矽膠（jiāo）軟管通過美國FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食品和藥物管理（lǐ）局)食品級認證。

——歐盟指令2008/95 / ECC的限製使用（yòng）某些（xiē）有害（hài）物質(RoHS)認可。

——鉑金矽膠軟管符合（hé）ISO10993,NSF51和歐洲藥典3.1.9的要求。

Product application:

Widely used for transportation or delivery of low temperature food, cosmetics, chemical materials or the fluid or semi liquid fluid of pharmaceutical industry and biological engineering.(such as milk, fruit juice; the connection hoses used on food machinery liquor equipment; oil production equipment and medical equipment,and can be equipped with 3A, SMS, DIN, CLAMP quick connector).

Product description:

-Silicone hose is made by the polyester braiding and platinum silicone. Widely used in the industry of liquid and semi fluid food, medicine and cosmetic products, bio engineering.

-Standard length is 20 meters per roll, and we can produce the specified size and length according to customer requirements.Our hose products pass the certification of the United States FDA grade and Class VI USP and German BFR.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range of -60 to +180 degree Celsius (-76 to +356 degree Fahrenheit) in a short period of time can reach 220 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit)

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade VI USP.

-These tubes are usually translucent and the movement of fluid inside can be observed. The hose color can be customized according to customer's needs.
