產品描述：

表層采用鉑金矽膠包覆，中間（jiān）采用加強SS304不鏽鋼絲編織（zhī）PTFE組合而成。廣泛的應用於通過食品，醫藥（yào）及化妝用品，生物工程（chéng）的液體和半流體。

標準長度為（wéi）20米每卷，同時我們也可以根據客戶的要求生產規定的尺寸和長（zhǎng）度（dù），膠管產品通過美國FDA級和USP Class VI和德國BFR認證。

——工作溫度範圍‘-60ºC / +220ºC 在短時間內可達到 260ºC 

——具（jù）有很好耐強酸和強堿性能，有極好的化學穩定性。可以耐高壓，內壁有具有很好（hǎo）耐磨性。

——具有很好彎曲性（xìng），內壁（bì）光滑清潔（jié），易清洗不粘水，用清洗物清洗後不附著任何殘留物（wù），可采用高溫高壓蒸汽消毒和滅菌。

——無嗅、無味,完全無毒，不含任何塑化劑和添（tiān）加劑成分。完全符合食品FDA和（hé）生物醫（yī）用級USP VI的（de）要求。

——這些管（guǎn）通（tōng）常是外層為乳白色鉑金硫化矽膠。我們也可根據客戶所需顏色來訂製外層。

Product description:

The surface layer is covered with platinum silicone and the middle layer is made of reinforced SS304 stainless steel wire woven braiding and PTFE.

of the United States FDA grade and Class VI USP and German BFR.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range of -60 to +220 degrees Celsius and can reach 260 degrees Celsius in a short period of time

-Strong resistance of acid and alkali, excellent chemical stability, good resistance of high pressure and the inner wall has a very good abrasion performance.

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade VI USP.

-The outer layer material is usually the milky white platinum vulcanized silicone. And the color of outer layer can be customized according to the customer's need.
